Child, & Adolescent Therapy

choosing a therapist for your child or teen can be difficult. We believe that the place you choose should be warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Success in therapy depends on the therapist's ability to form a relationship with your child. We specialize in behavioral problems, developmental delays, autism, ADHD, and many other problems that teens and kids experience. cOLLABORATING WITH schools, contacting physicians, and working with the family are just some of things we do to see our younger clients succeed.

Relationship and Couples Therapy

We help those whose relationships are needing some simple maintenance to those that find themselves on the brink of ENDING A RELATIONSHIP. Our experiences in helping couples from around the globe have honed our abilities to work out a plan for strengthening relationships, provide better relational strategies, and providE the honesty and insight necessary to make desired change.

Individual Therapy and family Therapy

wE VIEW THERAPY LIKE GOING TO SEE A FAMILY PHYSICIAN. nEARLY EVERYONE CAN BENEFIT WHEN PARTNERING WITH A SKILLED AND COMPASSIONATE CLINICIAN. fAMILIES OFTEN FOSTER THE CLOSEST ATTACHMENTS AND HAVE THE POTENTIAL FOR THE MOST HURT. eVERY VOICE AND PERSPECTIVE IS VALUABLE IN FAMILY THERAPY NO MATTER THE CULTURE OR AGE.

Sex therapy

What is sex therapy and why is it important to work with a therapist who is certified, or in pursuit of the certification? Sex therapy explores the psychological side of sex. It helps clients understand the complexity of relationships, expand the definition of sex, and to develop a sex-positive and health-based perspective on sexual intimacy. Sex therapy teaches us to go beyond problematizing ourselves and instead works from a shame-free, science-based and unbiased lens to help us become the happiest and healthiest version of ourselves. Sex therapists are required to complete highly specialized training to provide the best quality care for clients who are seeking treatment for a myriad of reasons. Struggles might include desire discrepancy, shame related to sexual/gender identity, coming out, erotic exploration, out of control sexual behavior, arousal/orgasm difficulties, relationship issues, or simply the desire to feel safe and understood while discussing sex-work, a kink/fetish, relationship structure, or queer/LGBTQIA+ identity.

LGBTQ+ Allies and Members

We affirm all relationships and families and celebrate that they come in all shapes and sizes! Our goal is to offer a safe space that is affirming to who you are in order to work together to accomplish your goals in therapy.

our therapists are allies or members of the LGbtq+ community. We affirm best practices, based on peer-reviewed evidence, for our clients while advocating for equal rights for all.
