Sarah Imparato, MA, LMFT
(she, hers)
I help people who feel stuck develop the strategies, tools, and mindset to move forward. I have always believed that each individual has a unique story, and I strive to create a compassionate container where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. As a therapist, I am honored to be a part of one’s healing journey. I work collaboratively with individuals and couples who have various needs and goals using a variety of modalities to tailor treatment to each client and relationship. In therapy, we will start with who you are and where you want to go. I am interested in the complexities of human dynamics and aim to be an anchor as clients navigate relational differences, as well as guide them toward greater understanding of one another. I support clients in attuning to themselves individually and to each other in relationships. It is important to find the right fit with a therapist. I offer a free initial consultation where we can talk about your needs and any questions you may have about the therapy process.
